If you have already owned your diamond for a number of years and merely need to update your Insurance, the Appraisal cost for diamonds up to 1.10cts. with small sidestones is $95. Larger diamonds up to 2cts &/or more sophisticated mounts range from $135 - $185. We also appraise very large diamonds; please call 212 489 6553 for a quote.

We produce USPAP certified Insurance Appraisals which you can use for submission to your Insurance Company that will cover you more than adequately without making you overpay for coverage. On a nationwide basis, Insurance appraisals tend to be extremely high. If you experience a loss the insurance company will replace the diamond ring as described instead of giving you the cash appraised.
